Aldi Prestons NSW
Preparation for the construction of a new distribution warehouse for Aldi on a 11Ha site at Prestons.
The scope of work includes:
- Site Clearance of trees and shrubs.
- Erection of fencing and gates.
- Erosion and sedimentation control.
- Remediation of unsuitable subgrade.
- Removal of topsoil.
- Importing, placing and compaction of 230,000m3 of fill to strict geotechnical specifications.
- Insitu lime stabilisation of imported shale materials to achieve the specified material properties.
- Construction of a temporary access road (including road widening at intersection with Bernera Road and creek diversion works).
