Gloucester Street Apartments
Excavation and shoring works for a new multi-level luxury apartment. The excavation was for the building foundations and an underground carpark underneath Cumberland Street.
The scope of work includes:
- Site clearing including asbestos removal.
- Bulk excavation.
- Deep bulk excavation.
- Construction of underpinning system to prop existing building to excavate underneath.
- Construction of the shoring systems.
- Installation of permanent rock bolts and ground anchors.
- Stormwater diversion.
- Detailed excavation.
