St Vincent's Research & Biotechnology Precinct
The project is a multi storey building that will be an extension to the Garvan Institute, a research facility of St. Vincents Hospital.
The scope of work includes:
- Demolition of the existing carpark.
- Installation of bored piers.
- Bulk excavation.
- Installation of temporary ground anchors.
- Shotcrete works (gun and float finish).
- Detail excavation for footings, lift and stair wells and service trenches and pits.
- Installation of permanent vertical ground anchors (RTA specification) in the base of the stair and lift wells.
