Bulk & Detail Earthworks intended for the construction of Woolworths Data Centre including temporary & permanent Stormwater provisions and Retaining Wall construction.
The scope of work includes:
- Site Preparation.
- Strip & Clear site of vegetation and topsoil.
- Cut and Fill 17,000m3 of material to Design RL in layers.
- Import, place, and compact 30,000m3 of fill material.
- Stormwater works.
- Construction of Retaining Wall along Northern Boundary.
- Raising of Sewer Manholes and Concrete Encasement of existing Sewer.
