Epping to Chatswood Rail Link
Over a 2 year period works were carried out at up to 12 different locations along the new Chatswood to Epping rail line.
The scope of work includes:
- Bulk earthworks, road pavements and service installations (water, electrical, telecom).
- Excavation of 2No. Declines in s/stone & shale.
- Excavation of shafts 20m deep 6No. In sandstone and shale.
- Reinforced concrete works for cut/cover tunnel.
- Excavation of cross passages between tunnels.
- Installation of temporary and permanent ground .anchorages at various locations 750No.
- Reinforced concrete capping beams.
- Reinforced shotcrete and soil nails.
