The Royal, Newcastle
This project was for the site preparation for a new residential development in Newcastle for a Joint Venture between Mirvac and Landcom.
The scope of work includes:
- Bulk excavation and removal of 45,000m3 in sand, clay and shale.
- Removal of contaiminated material such as Asbestos Contaminated Material, Restricted and General Solid Waste.
- Installation of over 500 Contiguous and Soldier Piles with capping beam.
- Installation of approximately 300 temporary anchors including walers and shotcrete.
- Detail excavation of Crane base, lift pits, and pad footings.
- Installation of 105 structural piles including core piles.
- Temporary Shoring to existing site boundary.
