Glenn Cherrie
Managing Director
Glenn (top) joined Ward Group in 1977 after graduating from UNSW with a degree in civil engineering. In 1980 he was appointed Sydney Manager responsible for all the company’s field operations and in 1986 he was appointed as Director of Construction. In 1988 Glenn was appointed as Managing Director, the position that he still holds today.

Glenn has also had a lengthy association with the Civil Contractors Federation. He held the position of National Board member from 1991 - 2001, serving as National President from 1995 to 1998. He also held the position of NSW Branch President from 2002 to 2007 and currently is a Board member of the NSW Branch. In 2008 he was awarded life membership of the Civil Contractors Federation.

Bob Stoddard
Director, Construction
Bob (bottom left) joined the Company in 1985 as a Project Administrator and progressed through Project Management to Director.  Bob has managed several significant projects for the Company including Ward's works in the restoration of Circular Quay.  He was instrumental in developing the Company's original Business Management System and is responsible for Ward Group's Industrial Relations.
