Appointing of new directors

Ward is very pleased to announce the appointment of 3 new Directors to the Board of Ward Civil & Environmental Engineering Pty Limited (“WCEE”) – Steve Green, Wayne Wilson and Adrian Genio.  WCEE is the main operating entity of the ultimate holding company, Peter G Ward Industries Pty Ltd (“PGWI”).  Julia Ward and James Dunphy remain the Directors of PGWI.

Their appointment as Directors of WCEE is a reflection of their seniority within the business, as well as their strong leadership qualities and dedication to the Ward business.  In the future, directorship appointments will also be on offer to other members of staff who exhibit similar qualities to the individuals named above.

Julia Ward and Brian Mahon also remain Directors of WCEE and warmly welcome Steve, Wayne and Adrian to the Board and look forward to their contributions in the boardroom.
