Easing Sydney’s Congestion: Ward to deliver two more projects at Turramurra and Blakehurst
Easing Sydney’s Congestion: Ward to deliver two more projects at Turramurra and Blakehurst
Ward is delighted to have secured two new Easing Sydney Congestion (ESC) projects with Transport for NSW, one at Turramurra and the other at Blakehurst.
We enjoy working with TfNSW and are delighted to be part of the ESC team delivering significant improvements to reduce Sydney’s congestion.
Pacific Highway between, Turramurra and Wahroonga: Ward will widen and upgrade a section of the Pacific Highway between Turramurra and Wahroonga to reduce travel times and improve traffic flow.
Princes Highway south of Torrens Street, Blakehurst: Ward will remove the long-standing tidal flow arrangement on the Princes Highway south of Torrens Street at Blakehurst by widening and upgrading the road. This project is part of TfNSW’s Gateway to the South Pinch Point program.
Ward has already delivered a number successful ESC projects at Lane Cove, Macquarie park, Eastwood, Liverpool, Hoxton Park and Parramatta (currently underway).
Well done to our estimating team on two great wins. It’s going to be a busy time for the Ward project delivery team!
