Lucy Mentoring workshop

Ward was pleased to host a Lucy Mentoring workshop last night where we discussed the challenges of broadening gender diversity in civil engineering. We also had time for a hands on demonstration of one of our innovative Ward Utilities dry vacs in action.

The Lucy Mentoring Program connects women studying engineering or technology at UTS to industry professionals for one-on-one mentoring. Ward is a proud supporter of the UTS Women in Engineering and IT scholarship and this excellent mentoring program.
