One step closer…

A very happy Monday from our hard working staff at Barangaroo!

They have been working diligently in preparing for the handover of Stage 2, which is scheduled for this week, by closing out the following works on site this week:

  • Completion of bulk excavation underneath ground floor slab. Approximately 20,000 m3 of contaminated material has been removed to date. This has been excavated and disposed of at licenced facilities by means of truck & trailers and containers
  • Detailed excavation
  • Wall trimming and pile break back
  • Ventilation management – Continuous monitoring of air flows and air quality
  • Concrete Works – Temporary blinding slab with a high level finish over 6,000m2

Dave Condon, Shane Morrissey, David Parks, Ross Traynor, Ray Rouessart, Ethan Diliberto and the rest of the project team have been doing an outstanding job of delivering milestone after milestone. We’re one step closer to Stage 3!
