Overview: the purpose of this project was to provide a waiting area for trucks entering the Port Botany container terminals district, and implementing a culture change that would ultimately stop trucks from marshalling on and around the streets of Port Botany.

Scope of works:

  • Site clearance and removal of general solid waste
  • 11,000m2 of jointed concrete pavements, landscaping and line marking
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Piling
  • Installation of underground services (stormwater, water, sewer, electrical, communications, lights)
  • Construction of 2 high spec amenities buildings for offices, toilets and lunch facility
