Ward successfully completed the project within a time-critical program. The roadworks enabled the implementation of the Epping to Chatswood Temporary Transport Plan while the rail line was being converted to Sydney Metro Northwest. The Ward team led multiple site crews working day and night shifts and maintained a high-level of co-ordination with Roads and Maritime Services and local service authorities.

Scope of Works//

  • Modification of turning lanes and medians
  • Provision of a Bus Only lane southbound on Herring Rd
  • Realignment of kerb and reduction of footpath width
  • Adjustments of Sydney Water assets
  • Landscaping
