< BACKWard upgraded Portman Street between Merton Street and Hansard Street, Zetland and constructed the new Zetland Avenue, between Paul Avenue and Joyton Avenue.
Scope of Works//
- New intersections on Portman Street
- Road, access and public domain improvements
- Creation of pedestrian, cycle and on street parking spaces
- Internal utilities reticulation and reinstatement of pavement outside the new roads
- New cycleway
- Upgrade landscaping
- Formalise pedestrian crossings
- Upgrade street signage and line marking
- Upgrade street lighting
- Upgrade storm water drainage infrastructure along Portman Street and Zetland Avenue
- Relocation of existing utilities within the road corridors to suit the new street arrangement
