Scope of Works//
- Clearing the site, including asbestos removal
- Bulk excavation (approximately 150,000m3)
- Design and construction of the shoring systems, using piles, anchors, rock bolts, soil nails, and reinforced shotcrete walls
- Diversion of sewer and stormwater systems
- Detailed excavation
- Design and installation of foundation piers
- Roadworks
- Bulk earthworks, excavation, and building foundations and a floor slab for the adjacent multi-story marketing suite
