Scope of Works//
- Conduct geotechnical investigations
- Perform bulk and detailed excavation
- Saw cut and detailed excavation of walls
- Construction of concrete bored piles and concrete contiguous piles
- Installation of sheet piling and temporary batters
- Application of fibre reinforced and fibre shotcrete techniques
- Construction of capping beam, post-tensioned beams and underpinning
- Fabrication and installation of structural steel loading platform and access ramp
- Bulk and detailed excavation
- Installation of structural steel load-out platform
- Installation of perimeter and foundation piling, shotcrete, and anchors
- Erect precast concrete bridge and footings for pedestrian bridge foundation
- Construct roads in accordance with Roads and Maritime Services specifications
- Underpin Railway House
- Installation of post-tensioned concrete beams and structural steel underpinning columns
