Sustainable Remediation Project Recognition award

WARD is thrilled to announce one of our Sydney projects was recognised at the ecoforum/SustRem 2023 conference, held in Melbourne last week, receiving the Sustainable Remediation Project Recognition award.

Ecoforum is the industry’s major opportunity for professionals from around the world to gather and share knowledge and innovation in sustainable practices for the management of contaminated sites.

This complex sustainable remediation project was a collaborative effort by WARD with both outgoing and incoming site owners, community, consultants and EPA auditor. The site was extremely difficult to access, within an endangered ecological community and challenges of unprecedented rainfall, water quality and heritage components.
