Teamwork and Conflict Management Workshop for UNSW AIESEC Australia

Ward COO Brian Mahon and Contract Administrator Peggy Draheim presented a workshop on Teamwork and Conflict Management to the UNSW AIESEC Australia Ltd Youth Leadership Experience (YLX) Program.

AIESEC develops leadership among youth aged 18 to 30 and contributes to strengthening the global employability market, by providing an end-to-end international talent recruitment solution for Enterprises, NGOs, and Start-ups.

The AIESEC Youth Leadership Experience (YLX) program provides a platform for youth to engage in self-development through practical learning. Thanks to Sharon Boen, Simon Wu and all at AIESEC UNSW for the opportunity to participate in this innovative program.
