Ward BBQ Team Nourish The Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy 2020 Tarsha Gale Under 18’s Women’s Rugby League Squad

The Ward barbecue team had a busy Saturday recently at the Matraville Sports Highschool Oval, cooking up a storm for the Sydney Roosters Indigenous Academy 2020 Tarsha Gale under 18’s women’s rugby league squad.

The squad were treated to a delicious nutritious spread, featuring chicken and lamb kebabs with salad and baked potatoes, and fresh fruit with yoghurt and honey to follow.

The girls are training hard at the moment, gearing up for the start of the season later this month.

Our BBQ team love firing up the barbie to support these fantastic young footballers who travel from as far as North Queensland to participate in this great competition.
